The comprehensive dimensional inspection process involves the use of sophisticated equipment such as spectrometers, metallographic analyzers, and spring fatigue testers. It encompasses 18 core inspection items, including material verification of raw materials, dimensional accuracy testing (tolerance ± 0.01 mm), mechanical property testing (load range 0.001 N to 2000 N), and 72-hour salt spray testing.
Standardized Quality System: We have obtained ISO 9001 certification for our quality management system and IATF 16949 certification for our automotive industry quality management system. Some of our products have received international certifications such as CE and RoHS. The rate of products passing initial inspection is 99.6%, and the customer complaint rate is less than 0.3%.
