Secondly, high-precision electrostatic spraying equipment is adopted. Based on electrostatic adsorption principle, paint particles evenly attach to the inner and outer gaps, curved surfaces and edges of springs, solving the common problems of uneven thickness, missing spray and sagging in traditional spraying. Finally, the 140-160℃ low-temperature curing process enables rapid coating forming without damaging the mechanical properties of spring steel, retaining the original elasticity and fatigue life of springs.
