Suspension Coil Spring

he suspension coil spring is a load-bearing component of vehicle chassis with critical supporting functions.

Core Functions

  • Absorb forces acting on the vehicle, including weight, acceleration and cornering force
  • Decouple the vehicle body from force generated by uneven & bumpy road surfaces
  • Maintain constant contact between wheels and ground

Note: Road impact loads are absorbed and buffered by coil springs. Shock absorbers are essentially vibration dampers to suppress spring oscillation.

Shock absorbers reduce vibration via internal damping during compression and rebound strokes, to counteract the oscillation of suspension springs.

A well-functioning coil spring extends the service life of all related suspension parts, such as shock absorbers, tires and control arms.

A broken or fatigued coil spring will accelerate wear of these components. In addition, braking distance will increase and bring safety risks.

Our Coil Springs

We supply a wide range of suspension coil springs for various vehicle models and working conditions. Our product range includes conventional coil springs and mini block springs, manufactured from high-grade alloy spring steel wire. With shot peening treatment and anti-corrosion coating, our coil springs feature excellent fatigue and impact resistance. Resist rust and load loss under heavy-load, bumpy and corrosive environments. They offer stable long-term support for vehicle suspension, protect chassis components and cut maintenance & downtime cost.
