Original Factory:coil spring

Premium raw materials: We select high-quality spring steel (such as 65Mn, 50CrVA), stainless steel (304, 316L), and piano wire made from eco-friendly materials. All the raw materials have been tested by SGS for material quality. They possess excellent characteristics such as high strength, high elasticity, corrosion resistance, and fatigue resistance, ensuring the lifespan and performance stability of the springs from the outset.
CNC Forming: Utilizing imported CNC coil spring machines, we can precisely process various types of coil springs with wire diameters ranging from 0.1 mm to 20 mm and outer diameters ranging from 3 mm to 200 mm, including compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs, and non-standard springs. By setting parameters through computer programming, we can achieve precise control over winding angles, coil counts, and pitch intervals. The forming error is ≤±0.01 mm, meeting the precise assembly needs of different scenarios.
Heat treatment strengthening: After shaping, the springs need to undergo heat treatment processes such as quenching and tempering. Continuous heat treatment furnaces are used, with precise control over temperature (850°C to 1050°C) and holding time, to enhance the spring’s elastic limit, yield strength, and toughness. This ensures that the springs do not deform or break under prolonged stress, with a lifespan of over 100,000 cycles.
Surface treatment: Based on the requirements of the application environment, we offer various surface treatment options, including electroplating (galvanizing, nickel plating, chrome plating), electro-deposition, powder coating, blackening, and passivation. After treatment, the springs exhibit excellent rust and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for complex conditions such as humidity, high temperatures, and exposure to acids and bases.
Precision testing: The factory is equipped with comprehensive testing equipment, including tensile testing machines, fatigue testing machines, hardness testers, projectors, and salt spray testing machines. Every batch of springs must undergo inspection for various parameters, such as dimensional accuracy, elasticity coefficient, tensile/compression strength, fatigue life, and rust resistance. Any products that do not meet the standards are not allowed to be released from the factory, ensuring that 100% of the products delivered to customers meet the required quality standards.
