Fully Automatic Coil Spring Production Line We have 1.6 fully-automatic coil winding production lines. Cold winding for wire diameter 4–25 mm. For wire size above 25 mm, hot winding technology is adopted. Both cold & hot winding processes available. Capable of manufacturing coil springs of various sizes for automotive suspension and custom projects.
Premium Material Options
SAE9254 is our primary spring steel material. Tensile strength reaches 2000MPa–2100MPa. We offer different fatigue grades, with cycle life options 300,000 cycles to 500,000 cycles, to match street and performance applications.
Strict Fatigue Test & Low Sag Performance
Standard springs pass fatigue test of 10 cycles. Spring sag is controlled within -1%. Minimal permanent deformation after long cyclic loading. Your ride height stays consistent over time, avoiding spring sagging issues.
Race Spec Optimization for Motorsport
For racing customers, we can further optimize the spring to achieve sag down to 1mm or nearly zero sag. Under continuous high-load track conditions, stiffness remains consistent lap after lap, maintaining reliable handling for racing vehicles.
Custom coil springs available. We can develop springs according to your drawings, samples, target spring rates and fatigue requirements.
