Digital control precisely regulates wire diameter, coil turns, pitch, free height and spring rate with tiny tolerance. Left and right springs for the same vehicle are perfectly matched to avoid uneven vehicle height after installation.
2. Strict Raw Material Control for Superior Durability
We exclusively adopt high-grade 60Si2Mn / 55CrSi silicon-manganese alloy spring steel. Every batch of raw material undergoes spectrometer composition test and tensile performance test to reject inferior recycled steel.
Dual heat treatment (quenching + tempering) plus heavy shot peening eliminates internal stress, greatly improving fatigue resistance, load capacity and anti-set performance, preventing permanent deformation or breakage under heavy load and rough road conditions.
3. Complete QC Laboratory & Strict Quality System
In-house independent quality testing laboratory with full professional testing devices: spring fatigue tester, load deflection tester, Rockwell hardness tester, salt spray corrosion test chamber, metallographic analyzer, 2D image measuring instrument, etc.
Full-process quality control: incoming material inspection → heat treatment hardness spot check → finished load & dimension 100% inspection → salt spray anti-rust test → fatigue durability simulation test. Manufactured in accordance with IATF16949 automotive industry quality standard.
4. Double-Layer Anti-Corrosion Surface Treatment
Dual protection process: electrophoretic primer + outdoor powder top coat. Far better adhesion, impact resistance and anti-rust performance than ordinary single-layer spray paint. Effectively resist rain, snow, mud and road de-icing salt in harsh driving environments.
